Yoga for Golfers: More Power and Distance

I tried another Yoga DVD and it was so difficult that after the first couple of minutes, I could only watch the expert show off his skills. Yoga for Golfers showed the correct methods plus the modified techniques for beginners. It also showed what exercises were best for different parts of your game. I'm certain that the increased flexibility will help my game.

Not what I expected - very disappointed
I guess I should have paid attention to the reviews of some of her other DVDs. It's not at all that the movements are too advanced, at least for me since I am pretty fit, but the pace of the DVD is ridiculously fast. It felt like she just rushed through the entire thing and had to get it all done in exactly 50 minutes.

There was no consideration for the fact the student has to watch this and do the movements at the same time. I was constantly having to start and stop the DVD and I mean constantly. Plus there was just way to much content. The explanations of how and why to do the movement we very vague and it seemed at times she had no idea where she was going and was making it up on the fly.

I was looking for a few specific yoga moves not yoga from A-Z. I can appreciate her passion for yoga and wanting to share the wisdom of yoga with everyone, i get that, but that is not why I bought this DVD. I wanted to increase my flexibility by adding some yoga moves to my...
